  The best thing about great wolf logde is the family atmosphere. It is the perfect family mini vacation.

  There very noisy teenagers in the hall ways late at night.They were drunk and extremely loud,got to admit it really scared our son quit a bit. Was very difficult sleeping ,was very annoying and we were extremely upset over this!!

  Facilities - our children (ages 8 and 4) had an amazing time in the waterpark. The front lobby was also really impressive and the kids loved it!

  The Great Wolf Lodge is an amazing place for children. The water park provides hours of fun. The food, staff, atmosphere and facility are top notch. We are already planning our next visit.

  Friendly staff, family friendly, bedtime story for kids, free towels, free parking, easy check in and out, majiquest, close to the falls, clean, lots of washrooms, lots of seating at the waterpark

  Confusion about height requirements as there were not enough signs listed, overpriced accommodations, not enough elevators, more lifeguards required at many rides to make line go by more quickly, site maps would have been handy for rides listing height requirements.

  The anticipation for our vacation to gwl peaked while watching the video clips provided at the gwl website. Our 3 young daughters were so exited were howling like little wolves by the end!! The actual stay at this fantastic family resort did not disapoint. From the moment we arrived we were treated by staff with friendly smiles. All 5 of us received our surprisingly comfortable gwl wristbands, which served as digital keys for room access, paying for snacks and refreshments, picture taking in the waterpark and accessing the pictures at the help desk in the main lounge. The spa was an amazing way to pamper my 3 little angels. The waterpark has everything you could imagine for every age group. I loved the Lazy River!!! Story time in the evening, an arcade featuring games for all ages, comfy beds.. I could go on for awhile! There is so much to do and so many reasons for us to go back to Great Wolf Lodge. I have already convinced my boss to book his families vacation at gwl. They leave in two weeks! Can't wait until our next stay at this fantastic family bonding resort. The smiles on my childrens faces.. Priceless

  The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer!.. Maybe move in and retire there.

  We could do many thing without leaving..good for a good weather getaway! We used the waterpark alot, the snack bar, the coffee shop, the restaurant, the storytime event in the Grand Lobby and our cozy room... A drawback was the noise of the waterpark...could they do without the clanging bell??!! And the line-ups for the waterslides were long...would hate to see it on a weekend.

  As I mentioned, the long line-ups for water slides, noise levels, and that I felt there was pressure to add "events" and "activities" onto your experience all for a premium price!! The stay and waterpark plus dining is expensive enough without having to pay more for this and that.....!!

  Friendly, helpfull and welcoming staff. Wonderfull waterpark for kids of all ages. The restaurants have a good variety of tasty dishes at reasonable prices. The animated creatures in the lobby area are a wonderful addition to the kid friendly atmoshere.

  The check in waiting time was too long. The price of the rooms is too high without some sort of breakfast included.

  Staff were all very friendly. Very knowledgable about food allergies and chef was able to prepare special meal for my son.

  Waterpark seating was very crowded with very few chairs available. They advertise 2 days of play but only have 3 showers in the change room for use on the 2nd day.
